Munch aims to provide food for everyone. Irrespective of allergies, intolerances, dietary preferences or accessibility requirements.
The concept came from our owner Phill who was influenced by his own experience of eating out. As a vegetarian Phill was frustrated by the limited choices most restaurants had to offer. When he discovered he was also Gluten intolerant his frustration turned into inspiration and that is how Munch was born.
Our menu is 100% vegetarian and everything on the menu is available gluten free.  We operate a gluten free kitchen which means that any non gluten free options are stored, cooked and served separately.  We also offer a large number of vegan, dairy and nut free options.  In order to avoid other allergens we simply don’t use some ingredients such as mustard and celery – instead we find tasty alternatives.  Our restaurant is also wheelchair accessible – we simply ask our customers to let us know in advance if they are a wheelchair user so that we can ensure the restaurant is obstacle free.
